Terms of service

Digital One Card gives one year subscription for custom URLs created. After the first year customers cam choose to renew the url with a flat fee of $30. This fee includes any changes to you contact information that need to be updated online.We will notify you of your one(1) year anniversary to keep you subscription and online Digital One Card data current.
